S.R.A.A. – Redshift & Trautonium

music

I am currently trying to change my style on a musical level. I want the songs to be more solid, have more balance in their final mix and be more ‘finished’ in general.

As a side effect, I am also changing my artist name, but I haven’t decided on a good one yet, so the ‘S.R.A.A.’ alter-ego is currently acting as a temporal placeholder. An interim-artist name if you will.. If you have a name suggestion, feel free to drop it in the comments!

  1. Redshift sounds like a 4 minute 41 second long intro. The beat starts at about 30s, which could mark end of the intro, but the song just gets wider over time, and never has it actual climax. Sounds more like a soundtrack, as in doesn’t hog the attention to itself, but should be accompanying something.

Trautorium sounds like a soundtrack to the same game Redshift was made for :D

They could both go for lounge(-ish) music, but they are too intense (the final compression of the mix is really too much) for elevator music.

    Only my two cents.

    Cheers!
